Step 1: Procure!

Procure your favorite rosé. Well, maybe not your favorite. During the freezing process, the rosé will lose a bit of its flavor. Go for a full-flavor, richer rosé than you normally might choose.

Step 2: Freeze!

Pour the rosé into a largish baking dish and place it in the freezer for approximately 6 hours.

Step 3: Make Syrup!

Pour the sugar into a small saucepan and add half a cup of water. Stir until the sugar dissolves then crush the raspberries up and add them to your sugar/water mixture. Leave t it in the freezer for couple of minutes, and then strain out the liquid. You made a pretty and delicious raspberry syrup!

Step 4: Blend!

Remove the frozen rosé from freezer and scrape it into a blender. Add the lemon juice, the raspberry simple syrup you made, and about a cup of crushed ice and blend until smooth. Pour your frosé mixture into your desired glass.

Not the consistency you want?

Melty? Try freezing it longer.

Too frozen? Pop the mixture back in the blender and mix things up a little.

Step 5: Enjoy!

Kick back, relax, and enjoy your frosé. Cheers!
