SHIPPING

What are your shipping rates?
We offer FREE shipping within Australia and for international orders over $200, otherwise $20.

When will my order be shipped?
The orders will arrive to the supplied shipping address within 5-7 business days for delivery except Christmas, Easter periods and other periods of high demand (except WA, normally around 7-10 working days). Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Australia holidays.

How do I track the status of my order?
Shortly after your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also access this information by Signing in to your ESMERALDA THOMSON account or by going to TRACK ORDER STATUS page.

Do you ship to addresses outside the Australia?
Yes, we deliver worldwide, within Australia and overseas.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX), Afterpay or ZipPay.
We use eWAY as our secure third-party payment gateway for processing credit card transactions. We do NOT store any of your credit card details, so you can have confidence that your information is kept secure and private when shopping with us. Please proceed to the Checkout, you can choose your payment option. For more information about our Privacy & Security policies, please visit our PRIVACY page & SECURITY pageIf you would like to pay via Bank Transfer please email orders@esmeraldathomson.com with Bank Transfer in the subject – your payment will need to be transferred within 12 hours of receiving payment details. All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD)

Processing Payments
Orders will be processed as soon as payment is received and cleared. If payment is received on a public holiday, weekend or other non-banking day, your order will be processed the next business day.

Please contact us immediately (within 1 hour) of making your purchase if you wish to change your order. After this timeframe we are unable to change or cancel orders.

Do you offer gift cards?
We offer e-gift cards that are delivered via email. Visit our GIFT CARDS page for more information about giving the gift of ESMERALDA THOMSON!

How do I use my gift card or credit note online?
The gift card code needs to be entered during the checkout process. Once entered in, the gift card value will be taken off the total price of your order. Codes can only be used once.

How long my gift card/credit note is valid for?

3 months – if it cannot be used within the 3 months you must contact us (WITHIN THE 3 MONTH PERIOD) for an extension. 

Is a size guide available?

Yes, you can see a general size guide here. More specific measurements, such as garment length, are available on individual product pages.

Does ESMERALDA THOMSON offer plus sizes?

Yes, you can filter the items by size and choose plus sizes.  

Do I need to setup an account before placing an order with ESMERALDA THOMSON?

No, you don't need to set up an account, you can choose to checkout as a Guest instead. We recommend creating an account as this will allow you to move through the checkout process faster on your next purchase with us, with your address details and email preferences saved. It also gives you the opportunity to become part of our VIP SQUAD email list to receive exclusive promotions, sales, coupon codes and gifts with your purchase.
